In accordance with the state council’s Regulations on Management of Housing Provident Fund and Provisions of Shanghai Municipality on Administration of Housing Provident Fund, the electronic version of Annual Personal Provident Fund Account Statements for Fiscal Year 2015 shall be made available to this Municipality’s housing provident fund paying employees as of August this year. We hereby notify you of the following in this regard:

1. The previous paper version of Annual Personal Provident Fund Account Statements shall be replaced with its new electronic version starting this year for service improvement and resource efficiency, with additional detailed information about changes to employee acccount for fiscal year 2015 (i.e. from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016).

2. As of 12 August, the paying employee may log onto the personal provident fund account query system on Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Website (shgjj.com), and download Annual Personal Provident Fund Account Statements for Fiscal Year 2015, preferably during off-peak hours.

3. The downloaded electronic version of Annual Personal Provident Fund Account Statements can be verified by entering the authentication code on Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Website, or through any of SPFMC’s district management divisions.

4. Any doubt pertaining Annual Personal Provident Fund Account Statements can be reported to the paying employee’s entity, or forwarded to the pertinent service outlet of China Construction Bank prior to end of this year for clarification, or submitted to any of SPFMC’s district management divisions for review.
