3. Requirements for handling:

1. The original valid ID of the person in charge of the unit;

2. Completed and affixed the official seal of the unit "Application Form for Issuing Housing Provident Fund Payment Certificate by Shanghai Unit". If the board of directors is required to issue an opinion due to listing, financing, or other regulations or the company's articles of association, the board of directors' seal shall be affixed.

4. Handling process:

The unit provides the necessary materials-the business network of the Shanghai Provident Fund Management Center where the unit’s housing provident fund account is located is reviewed and processed.

5. Processing time limit:

When the procedures are complete, no more than 3 working days.

Client: use the legal person one-pass certificate (provided account number has been added and the provident fund application has been opened), provident fund special certificate, and provident fund 1 to 5 generation cards to log in.
